This ev motor features a unique double – axle design without an integrated moped rim, providing flexibility for users to choose the most suitable rim according to their vehicle type.
With 36 spoke holes and an outer diameter of 4.2mm, it can be easily paired with a variety of wheels. It is compatible with 24 – inch and 26 – inch e – bike wheels, as well as 17 – inch, 18 – inch, and 19 – inch moped wheels.
The use of an aluminum – core stator not only reduces the motor’s weight but also enhances heat dissipation, ensuring long – term stable operation.
The 40mm magnet height and 16 pole pairs work in harmony to generate a powerful magnetic field, optimizing the motor’s performance.

Power and Performance
Rated at 1500W, the EV Motor QS205 offers a solid power output. The motor can achieve speeds ranging from 24KPH to 60KPH, with a commonly customized design of 72V55KPH. It operates within a work voltage range of 48V – 96V, with 72V as the default, allowing for diverse battery configurations.
Generating a maximum torque of approximately 135.0N.m, it can handle different terrains and loads with ease.
The optional KV values of 13.85/14.4 provide additional flexibility for fine – tuning the motor’s performance based on specific application requirements.
With a maximum efficiency of around 84%, it converts electrical energy into mechanical power efficiently, saving energy and extending the vehicle’s running range.

Thermal Management and Safety
Equipped with a KTY83 – 122 thermic probe as the default (optional), the motor can monitor and manage its temperature effectively. It is designed to work within a temperature range of 70 – 120℃, with a peak tolerance of 150℃. This ensures that the motor remains in optimal working condition even under high – load or extreme – temperature environments.
The default disc – brake system with a PCD of 3*80mm for motorcycles provides reliable braking performance, enhancing the safety of the vehicle.

Installation and Connectivity
The 200mm drop – outs or rear fork width for installation make it convenient to integrate the motor into various vehicle frames.
The dual halls with waterproof connectors, one for use and one as a spare, ensure stable sensor operation even in wet conditions.
The 12mm axle flats and 10mm² cross – section phase wire (excluding the insulation layer) contribute to smooth power transmission and mechanical stability.

With a waterproof grade of IP65, the EV Motor 205 is well – protected against dust and water splashing, suitable for use in different weather conditions. The motor comes in a sleek black finish as the default, and it has a net weight of 13.5kg and a gross weight of 14.5kg, making it relatively lightweight yet robust.
