The core upgrade of the QS138 100H motor lies in the increased magnetic steel height up to 100H (a significant leap from the original 70H and 90H).

As a key component determining motor performance, the magnetic steel height directly drives the upgrade of core performance parameters: the higher magnetic steel height effectively increases the magnetic flux of the motor rotor, which means the stator winding can capture a stronger magnetic field and generate a larger electromotive force.

This optimization directly boosts the motor’s torque output—under the same current, the 100H version delivers greater low-speed torque, making it more powerful for heavy load operation and steep slope climbing.
